This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of electrical infrastructure supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
The successful candidate will lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems ranging from 230kV to Low Voltage.
Candidates are expected to mentor engineers and technicians while driving strategic initiatives for system capacity expansion and energy efficiency.

Must-have
8+ years HV MV LV experience
Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing background
ETAP software proficiency
IEC standards knowledge
Root cause investigation using 8D methodology
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with SMART power systems
Predictive maintenance tools expertise
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Experience with digital transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
