Job Summary

  • Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims, monitoring workloads, providing training, and offering technical/jurisdictional direction.
  • Perform quality reviews on claims, act as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, and review reserve amounts on high-cost claims.
  • Maintain contact with clients, promote professional relationships, and ensure direct reports are properly licensed and claims files are adequately documented.
