The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their specific assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for performing only those nursing care procedures they have been trained to do.
The role requires frequent observation of residents for changes in condition, skin breakdown, or safety issues, with immediate reporting to the Nurse Supervisor.
