  • Support GMI and our Operations Director by streamlining processes and enhancing strategic execution, including managing medical inquiries and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with MI Therapeutic Areas to ensure the call center delivers high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant medical responses, while collaborating on new MI platforms and technologies.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics dashboards and reporting templates to support metrics reporting, product insights, and congress-related outcomes, while maintaining inspection-ready operational records.
