Key Requirements
Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting operations
Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and/or talent CRMs
Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing campaigns
Eligible to hold a Baseline AGSVA security clearance
Must hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
Compliance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
