Job Summary

  • You will serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on a specific piece(s) of business, managing the account and developing and executing innovative search engine optimization (SEO) programs that address clients' strategic objectives.
  • Responsibilities include leading SEO engagements for a major account, acting as a relationship liaison between the client, partner agencies, and the search practice, and seeing projects through to the end, turning actionable recommendations into verifiable client ROI.
  • The role also involves working with client business partners to upsell SEO and increase scope during annual planning, ensuring SEO gets a seat at the table when it comes to digital agency of record (AOR) RFPs, and partnering with operations and finance teams to ensure profitable engagements.
