Job Summary
Identify and help provide solutions for behavior and/or learning issues in order to maximize student achievement.
Actively participate as a member of the Child Study Team in evaluating, classifying, recommending and implementing programs and evaluation plans for students in need in English and Spanish as appropriate or required.
Consult with parents in English and Spanish concerning counseling/behavioral needs, pre-referral intervention, special class placement, follow-up in the home, and referral to outside agencies for students.
