  • The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules, Flow Designer, catalog management, and platform governance within enterprise environments
  • Key Responsibilities Support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and operational activities for ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules
