Supervise dynamic project team members to work on the full cycle of project execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project objectives with simpler, faster, more connected and agility solutions.
Collaborate the project team with agility project management approach, plan and guiding project process, encourage and support a project team member to promote closer working relationships, knowledge transfer, share potential challenges and coordinate efforts to resolve difficult or time-consuming issues .
