Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Automation or related field
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of highly automated manufacturing equipment
  • Working knowledge of Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC platforms
  • Experience with industrial instrumentation and electrical troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for automated equipment operation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting high-speed pharmaceutical filling equipment
  • Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments
  • Prior involvement in equipment start-ups and FAT/SAT
  • Experience with servo systems and vision systems
  • Knowledge of obsolescence planning and small projects

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
