Job Summary

• The Supervisor - Mortgage Insurance Claims will be responsible for performing various tasks as a part of the post-sale Claims Team, including property preservation updates, eviction updates, and conveyance of title.
• This position is responsible for filing MI, investor, and/or government claims timely and accurately, providing all back-up documents as required for each type of claim.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years claims filing experience
• Default-related mortgage servicing experience
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA default servicing guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven Claim System experience
