  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Traction, serves as the senior financial leader for the Traction business segment, responsible for directing and overseeing all financial activities in support of profitable growth, operational performance, and short‑ to mid‑term (1–3 year) strategy execution.
  • The CFO is accountable for financial planning and analysis, accounting and control, reporting, governance, and risk management across the Traction segment’s global operations.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global finance organization spanning FP&A, accounting, and controlling functions.
