Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
  • Fabricate, weld, and build mechanical or electrical components
  • Follow safety, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Operate shop tools and heavy equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Reverse engineer unfamiliar or custom machinery
  • Participate in continuous improvement
  • Develop 6S environment
  • Act and support floor as leadership partner
  • Comfortable with change environment

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Must supply own tools
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
