Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3-5 years construction QA/QC experience
Conduct inspections on civil and MEP works
Manage Non-Conformance Reports and NCRs
Review Inspection and Test Plans ITPs
Coordinate with laboratory testing providers
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with UAE local building codes
Experience with digital inspection tools
Knowledge of defect management systems
Previous snagging and handover experience
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of site inspection experience
Proficiency in quality documentation and report writing
Knowledge of construction contracts and building codes
