Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections on all parts to ensure compliance with Engineering Standards.
This role requires full authority to identify nonconforming conditions, generate reports, and hold or stop work on components pending resolution.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in railcar repair or manufacturing and be willing to work 10-hour shifts four days a week.

Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of railcar repair or manufacturing experience
NDT Visual Testing Level II Certification per AAR M1002 Appendix T
Vision correctable to 20/30 for inspection activities
