Job Summary
Lead and drive the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process, ensuring customer-level demand signals are accurately integrated into internal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles.
Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle for strategic accounts, focusing on On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and minimizing channel inventory aging/excess.
Identify structural gaps in the supply chain interface and implement sustainable, scalable solutions (e.g., VMI programs, automated replenishment, or logistics network optimization).
