Job Summary
The Benefits Administrator will provide a comprehensive introduction to the agency through new employee orientation.
This position supports the Benefits Manager by assisting with the administration of various leave programs such as short-term disability, Voluntary Shared Leave, Family Medical Leave, and Family Illness Leave.
Additionally, the Benefits Administrator is responsible for entering personnel actions in the Integrated HR-Payroll System and providing administrative support to the Safety Director in managing Workers’ Compensation activities.
