Key Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from ACGME/AOA accredited institution
  • ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Active Medical Licensure in Colorado
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
  • DEA Registration schedules II-V
