Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA) is responsible for caring for residents both physically and emotionally to enhance quality of life, including ADL and rehabilitation activities.
Responsibilities include assisting residents at mealtimes, with personal care, and with mobility, as well as maintaining cleanliness of resident units and handling linens according to infection control guidelines.
The role requires accurate recording of entries, participation in care conferences, and effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
