Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of progressive manufacturing experience
  • 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Automotive experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with MES/ERP systems
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Current TWI certification required
  • English proficiency required
