• The Associate Director of U.S. Access Marketing is responsible for collaborating to execute market access strategies for Alexion’s U.S. portfolio.
• This role supports development of tactical plan, supporting tools and resources for customer-facing marketing materials, training, and field readiness of account teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 5 years U.S. managed care experience
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical marketing role
• Demonstrated U.S. access marketing material development
• Ability to analyze complex strategic initiatives
• Understanding of payer business models
• Understanding of reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with MLR review committees
