Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support and proactive engagement to customers during the in-service phase, facilitating regular meetings to capture feedback and identify opportunities.
Act as the 'Voice of the Customer', synthesizing regional feedback for Product Management to influence the future roadmap and identify opportunities for premium or digital services.
