Job Summary
This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy of CRM data including accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns, and opportunities within Salesforce.
The analyst will conduct routine audits, perform data cleansing, and support cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability for Marketing and Sales initiatives.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRMs and possess advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI for dashboard creation.
