Base: $48,700-$73,000; Bonus/Equity: Target incentive based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, pension, stock purchase plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate handheld computerized equipment
Work overnight shifts and be on call
Deliver pest detection and elimination services
Drive company vehicle with valid license
Perform physical tasks in varied conditions
Nice-to-have
Customer service experience
Experience selling value-added products
Previous pest elimination industry experience
Flexible, field-based work environment
Ability to build effective customer relationships
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of work or military experience
Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Must be 18 years or older
Obtain pest control licensing/certification as required
Pass background check and drug test including THC
