Unlicensed/not certified annual rate: $48,000-$52,000; Licensed or certified annual rate: $55,000-$60,000; Incentives: 1.5x base hourly rate after productivity met

Key Requirements
Licensed in PA as Behavior Specialist
BCBA certification
Graduate degree in ABA
1 year mental health direct service experience
Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
