Job Summary
The nurse plays a critical role in the education and supervision of students in the clinical setting, in addition to staff engagement, patient experience, quality and safety, and cost-effective care.
This role will function as a clinical nurse and student educator, who divides their time between providing direct patient care, leading nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team, supervising student patient care delivery, and teaching and evaluating nursing techniques of students.
This position is composed of approximately 67% direct nursing responsibilities and 33% clinical instruction for nursing students.

Key Requirements
