  • This role will be responsible for creating & leading surgeon education strategies, initiatives, and programs for cranial and spinal therapies, procedures, and technologies.
  • As a highly visible and collaborative leader, you will partner closely with key business partners, cross-functional stakeholders, and surgeon partners to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and deliver measurable improvements and innovation in educational programming.

Salary

Base: $84,800.00 - $127,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for MIP; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience (High School Diploma)
  • 6+ years of relevant experience (Associate's Degree)
  • 4+ years of relevant experience (Baccalaureate Degree)
  • Clinical knowledge of spine procedures
  • 25% travel required
