Experience working with technical/development teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Ability to translate business language into technical specifications
Leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow

Experience with Lloyd's and London Market products
Background in broking, underwriting, or insurance operations
Exposure to API documentation and RESTful APIs
Experience with agile environments and user stories
Familiarity with process mapping and agile tools
Understanding of headless architecture concepts
Key Requirements
Experience gathering requirements from subject matter experts
Strong data analysis skills with structured data
Ability to write user stories and work in agile environments
Understanding of how insurance businesses generate revenue
Experience with API specifications (Swagger, OpenAPI, YAML)
Experience with AI coding assistants
Cert CII or working towards insurance qualifications
