Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Structural design experience with launch vehicles
  • Hands-on hardware production floor experience
  • Proficiency in Creo/Windchill CAD tools
  • FEA analysis and hand calculation skills
  • Bolted joint design and ASME Y14.5 knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Experience designing hot and cryo structures
  • Familiarity with rapid development techniques
  • Expertise in Ansys or Nastran analysis codes
  • Knowledge of buckling and fatigue failure modes
  • Passion for safe human spaceflight mission

Key Requirements

  • Minimum B.S. degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of related aerospace structure experience
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
