Job Summary
This position maintains and troubleshoots HVAC systems, performing work in the repair, service, and maintenance of Laboratory buildings, mechanical equipment and other facilities systems.
The duties of this position require the ability to lift, carry and/or move 50-100 lbs. occasionally, and 25-50 lbs. frequently, with frequent bending, squatting, and stooping also required.

Four years of experience in HVAC work
Obtain refrigeration certificate type 2
