The role provides oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and tracks effective utilization of PDPM tools.
The incumbent is responsible for assessing health status, determining level of care, and ensuring accurate completion of all MDS assessments including PPS Medicare.
This position requires supervising interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set according to strict regulatory time frames.
