The Surveyor will work in a high-performing industry-leading team within JLL’s Capital Markets business, focusing on retail assets.
This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients and investment agents, ultimately growing into a self-generating Investment agent.

Must-have
Out of town retail and leisure markets
Preparation of marketing materials and reports
Undertaking pre-sale and acquisition due diligence
Generation of buy side idea targets
Underwriting assets using cashflow modelling
Supporting directors in client service
Nice-to-have
Entrepreneurial and hungry for success
Build relationships with investment agents
Grow into a self-generating Investment agent
Coaching and upskilling junior team members
Key Requirements
RICS certification preferable
Experience in capital markets or out of town agency
Highly numerate with good report writing skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
