  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day to day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
  • Ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established policies, procedures, and safety regulations while providing quality care to residents.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining, and implementing nursing service programs, quality assurance, and staff development to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Key Requirements
