Job Summary
As an Accountant Senior - Payroll you will responsible for applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and practices to ensure accuracy, fidelity and timeliness of payroll funding, payroll tax payments and gross-to-net payroll accounting for Goodyear North America.
This position performs monthly payroll accounting reconciliations to provide reasonable assurance that finance/accounting management controls are effective and payroll accounting is accurate for consolidated financial statements and internal/external financial reporting.
The role includes research, analysis, documentation, and integration of process change and technology to support continuous improvement, standardization and optimization.

Key Requirements
