Job Summary

  • Job Description: Study and analyze documents including drawings, specifications, bill of quantities (BOQ), and contract conditions
  • Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and models (including digital take-off tools such as Cubicost or CostX)
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates and detailed cost breakdowns
