  • Maintain standards in housekeeping, safety, attendance, operational discipline, standard operating procedures/conditions, and process safety management.
  • Coordinate equipment readiness for maintenance activities, including decontamination and lock-outs, and complete required documentation for high hazard work.
  • Evaluate employee performance, strengthen work team capabilities, and ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of computer use (Microsoft office)
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
