Job Summary

  • You’ll be the strategic leader of the Housing Directorate, overseeing the full programme of housing investment, ensuring that delivery is coordinated, accountable and outcome focused.
  • In joining us, you’ll play a key role in designing, planning, developing and delivering the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), our Westminster Housing Investment Programme that consists of housing investment projects across the borough.
  • As a senior leader, you’ll oversee governance, gateway reviews and collaborative partnerships (consultants, contractors, programme specialists) to ensure a successful delivery of the Housing Capital Programme.
