Job Summary
The primary role of a Cyber Field Services Specialist is to support the operations of the Clinical Engineering Department with regards to production medical equipment IT systems and various Connectable & Connected Device Inventory (CDI) projects.
Responsibilities include supporting, monitoring, and managing the Connected Device Inventory, providing expertise in Clinical Engineering-IT (CE CYBER) Systems, and troubleshooting medical equipment and/or MDI hardware and software.
The role requires 2+ years of prior experience in the support and service of medical equipment and systems, expertise with computer operating systems, and working knowledge of communication protocols.
