• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years experience or Master's with 5 years
• 5 years experience with repair analysis of aircraft nacelle structures
• 5 years experience with maintenance, repair, overhaul, and regulatory requirements
• 5 years experience with load path, load balance, and classical hand analysis
• 5 years experience with finite element analysis using Patran/Nastran
