Job Summary

  • This role provides comprehensive support for Accounting & Transformation projects, assisting the team in managing various project phases focused on the end-to-end (E2E) Digitalization of the Accounting process.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring project actions, monitoring deadlines and deliverables, identifying and escalating project risks, and providing project communication.
  • The role involves establishing and maintaining long-term project governance, standardizing organization and archiving of documents, and requires some travel for business in the United States.

Key Requirements

  • Degree level (Master's or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Project Management or Business Administration
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting or Digitalization projects
  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco)
  • Graduates up to and including 28 years old
  • Fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
  • Registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28
