Job Summary

  • You’ll lead our internal planned and ordered maintenance crews, manage our external routine and cyclic subcontractors and work closely with the Contract Manager helping us ensure levels of service, programming and delivery of work and compliance are to a high standard.
  • Oversee financial performance for the maintenance department, including monthly claiming and end-of-month accounting.
