Job Summary

• The NQDC Plan Consultant and COLI VP will work with new and existing clients to identify opportunities to implement informal funding strategies in support of their NQDC plans.
• The VP will work in a consultative manner with clients to determine the appropriate informal funding strategy with a focus on driving new COLI business where appropriate for the client.

Base: $110K-$185K; Bonus/Equity: commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses; Benefits: other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
