This role involves occasional travel to customer sites to provide expertise and strengthen technical relationships, working in synergy with all BW Packaging subsidiaries.
You will be responsible for Level 2 troubleshooting, providing standardized technical solutions, and escalating to Level 3 (R&D) when necessary, while also contributing to equipment and upgrade improvements.
