Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new technologies and solve complex problems for medical device OEMs.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead cross-functional teams, and provide supervision for up to 4 to 5 technicians while mentoring other engineers.
This role requires embedding quality within the engineering discipline by adhering to QMS, FDA regulations, and driving continuous improvement through the Integer Production System.
