  • The Managing Partner in our Industry Capabilities practice is responsible for the overall success of an assigned group of deploying and production customers, orchestrating executive relationships and ensuring successful deployment of the Workday solution.
  • Success is measured on customer satisfaction, subscription revenue retention, & subscription revenue growth, achieved through collaboration with internal sales, consulting, and product teams.
  • The role requires a strong ability to develop and implement effective account strategies, build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive customer retention and revenue.
