  • The position requires leading Configuration Control Boards, managing end-to-end engineering change workflows, and supporting the evolution of Product Lifecycle Management data structures.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years configuration management experience
  • Aerospace or complex robotics background
  • Lead Configuration Control Board activities
  • Manage engineering change processes ECRs ECNs
  • PLM system and data structure expertise
  • Software version control and release traceability

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in engineering or Systems Engineering
  • Experience with ARAS or similar PLM tools
  • Familiarity with MBSE or digital engineering environments
  • CM2 certification or equivalent credentials
  • Experience supporting UAS or aerospace certification programs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ten plus years of configuration management experience
  • Must be a US Person under ITAR definition
  • Experience with product baselines and configuration audits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA/Confluence
