  • The Senior Manager serves as a consultant, subject matter expert, brand manager, and business liaison with Oriental Land Company (OLC) on various operational matters for the 2 Parks and Disney hotels at Tokyo Disney Resort.
  • This role has responsibility to oversee the safety and security of Tokyo Disney Resort, working closely with global security teams, industry partners, and law enforcement.
  • Key responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and supporting the execution of global security initiatives, leading operational rollouts, and developing the local security team.
