The team is responsible for designing and implementing leadership frameworks and initiatives to support the development of both current and potential leaders.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in securing young talent for MAS, and in the professional development and growth of our current and potential leaders.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

3 – 5 years of experience in HR roles
