The Administrative Assistant I provides essential support to the Oklahoma Museum of History by assisting the Director and coordinating division purchases and operations.
This role involves managing budgets, contracts, and purchase requests, as well as serving as a liaison for the Friends of the History Center and OHS Board Committee.
The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and following agency policies.
