  • You will manage and provide the highest-quality valuation and advisory solutions by leveraging the Company's full platform of services.
  • The role requires an MAI Designation and over 10 years of related work experience to execute complex valuation assignments for corporate clients and funds.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • MAI Designation required
  • 10+ years related work experience
  • Expertise in discounted cash flow analysis
  • Proficiency in Argus and MS Excel
  • Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree plus advanced appraisal curriculum
  • Enterprising and enthusiastic team player mentality
  • Experience with REITs and pension funds
  • Strong communication and client service skills
